Explore the Wealth of Africa’s Culture at the 2016 Houston AfriFEST

The Nigerian-American Multicultural Council (NAMC), in partnership with other African communities in Houston, presents the 2016 Houston AfriFEST!!

It's come around again, and what better time of year for festivals! This fall we will hold the 4th annual Houston AfriFEST dubbed as "the only one of its kind" by the Houston Chronicle. This is apparent by the festival’s attendance, and this year we expect more than 2,000 guests from the Houston area alone.

We will take you on a cultural journey through Africa and celebrate the rich diversity in food, music, dance including family fun from African communities in the "most diverse city in the US."

Join us as we feature special live music and performances, food and exceptional ethnic cuisines of different African countries, cultural artwork, country displays, fashion shows, games, kids' activities, and more.

Community interaction is an important part of life, which is why Riverwalk Apartments in Houston, Texas is urging you to join in the all of the excitement at this event!
